The rules of the road for using Darktechi Network's servers, forum, and store.

By connecting to Darktechi Network's Minecraft servers, creating a forum account, or using our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the network.
You must comply with Mojang/Microsoft's own terms to play Minecraft at all. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before creating an account or making a purchase.
You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, in-game and on the forum. Don't share your password, and let staff know right away if you think your account's been compromised. Accounts are tied to a verified Minecraft UUID via /web-link in-game — see your profile.
Cheating, exploiting, griefing, harassment, and everything else covered on the Rules page is prohibited in-game, on the forum, and in our Discord. Staff may warn, mute, kick, temp-ban, or permanently ban an account at their discretion for violations. You can appeal a punishment through a Ban Appeal ticket.
Everything in the Store is cosmetic — ranks, cosmetic crate keys, and currency boosts. Nothing purchased grants a gameplay advantage. Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, and exist only within Darktechi Network. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Forum posts, images, and anything else you submit remain yours, but by posting you grant Darktechi Network a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the network — including on News posts and social media. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to.
We can suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or the Rules. If you'd like your account deactivated for any other reason, open a General Help ticket and staff can take care of it.
The network is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and world resets, claim archiving, or data loss can happen — we'll announce anything like that on News in advance where possible. Darktechi Network is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.
We may update these terms as the network grows. Material changes will be announced on News. Continuing to use Darktechi Network after a change means you accept the updated terms.
