What we collect, why, and how you can control it.

When you register, we collect your email address, chosen username, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text). Once you verify with /web-link in-game, we store your Minecraft UUID and username. We also log IP addresses at login for security and moderation.
To run your account, show your synced stats on your profile, deliver store purchases, respond to support tickets, and enforce the Rules. Your email is used only for account-related purposes — we don't send marketing email, and we don't currently have an automated notification-email system.
All store purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that. We keep a record of the transaction itself (package, amount, date, status) to support order lookups and refunds.
We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party ad-tracking cookies.
We don't sell your data. It's shared only with the services that make the network work: Stripe (payments) and our Minecraft server host. Staff can see your account info, purchase history, and moderation history as needed to help you or enforce the rules.
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Moderation records (bans, mutes, reports) are kept regardless of account status, since they're part of the network's enforcement history.
To request a copy of your data, a correction, or full account deletion, open a General Help ticket — we'll verify it's really you before acting on it.
Darktechi Network is a general-audience Minecraft community. We don't knowingly collect more information from children than is needed to operate an account, and we don't use anyone's data for targeted advertising. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us information beyond what's needed can contact us through a support ticket to have it reviewed or removed.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll post about it on News.
